Stonedale Quarry





























The layout depicts a quarry somewhere in the Peak District of Derbyshire and comprises of a double track main line with the associated quarry sidings.  The latter are operated by the quarry's own fleet of locomotives in the livery of 'Valley Aggregates'





























Of particular interest is the quarry face which forms the backsceen and goes from the worked out area adjacent to the loading dock to the operational area. Q uarrymen can be seen working in this part of the quarry with all the necessary plant ready to process  the rock and transport it to the loading dock being assembled nearby.





























The layout measures 26 feet by 12 feet including operating space.
